A few practical details
Questions before the first layer?
Here’s what to know about custom requests, quotes, pickup, and the kinds of ideas we can consider.
How much does a custom print cost?
Cost depends on the piece’s size, detail, design work, and print requirements. Share your idea and we’ll provide a quote before printing begins. The request form does not charge you or commit you to an order.
How long does a custom print take?
Timing varies with the design, size, current printer schedule, and any deadline you provide. We’ll confirm a timeline with your quote rather than promise a standard turnaround that may not fit your project.
Do I need a finished 3D model?
No. A description can start the conversation. A sketch, photo link, dimensions, or reference URL can help explain the shape and purpose. We’ll let you know what else is needed after reviewing the request.
Can I upload reference files?
The website form accepts a reference URL, not file uploads. If your references are saved as files, say so in the description. You can share them after we reply by email.
What materials and colors are available?
Material and color options depend on what the piece needs to do and what is available for the project. Include your preferences in the request. We’ll recommend and confirm the details in the quote.
Can you print a character, logo, or design I found online?
We can make original concepts, customer-owned designs, and models that carry suitable commercial permission. We don’t offer unauthorized reproductions of protected characters, logos, or designs. A reference can still help communicate a general direction for an original piece.
Where is local pickup?
Local pickup is available in Trussville, Alabama. Pickup details are arranged directly as part of your order. We do not publish a private pickup address on the website.
Do you ship?
Ask about shipping in your request. Availability, destination, cost, and timing are confirmed with each quote. Local pickup in Trussville is also available.
What should I include in my request?
Tell us what the piece should look like or do, its approximate size, preferred colors, needed-by date, and whether you prefer pickup or want to ask about shipping. Add a reference URL and approximate budget if you have them.
Does submitting the form place an order?
No. It sends an order request for review. We’ll discuss feasibility and confirm the details, price, and timing before any work begins.
